We know it’s gonna be love at first downward dog with your new mat, but if you do have second thoughts, we accept exchanges and refunds on all our products within 14 days.

Here are the details:

1. Contact us via email to lodge the return returns@wildcoastcollective.co.nz and we’ll reply with a reference number and return address. 
2. All items must be in the original condition, with packaging intact. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. 
3. Return postage is to be covered by the customer. We highly recommend you return your parcel with tracking, as returns are your responsibility until they reach our office.
4. Refunds will be issued to you, excluding the original shipping cost.

There are a few different ways to clean your eco yoga mat spray.

We recommend cleaning your mat with a dollop of eco dishwashing soap in water. Simply take a cloth, wipe your mat down, then hang your mat over a door in your house overnight to dry.

You can also buy our Wild Coast mat mist on our website which is organic, has antibacterial properties, and smells divine. Simply mist your yoga mat spray over your mat after your practice.
